System Components
The Power Chock™ System 3 is composed of a large steel chock mounted on the end of an articulated, counterbalanced arm. The chock is placed in front of the vehicle’s rear wheel and locks onto a grade-level ground plate.
The communication system consists of a single arm sensor, plus interior and exterior red and green signal lights.

to clamp chock. - Superior Steel Protection – Ground plate and arm are hot-dipped galvanized at over 800 degrees Fahrenheit. Chock has double protection: zinc-plated and painted with Epoxy Mastic.
- Designed for Winter – Chock is designed to break through ice and snow using the weight of the truck. Snow removal is easy with optional All-Direction Ground Plate, equipped with angled steel ramps on all sides. Steel deflector tabs extend below surface level to deflect edges of plows over steel ramps. Canadian winter tested!
- Virtually eliminates field errors – All units are pre-assembled, pre-wired and tested at the factory for quality control and minimum installation time. High quality anchors, fasteners and brackets supplied for standard installation.

Warranty
The Power Chock™ vehicle restraint is guaranteed to be exempt from defects in fabrication and components if used properly and as intended, for a period of one (1) year following delivery date, and includes a three (3) year limited warranty on the Power Chock™ assembly.

Early departure and trailer creep
An unsecured or poorly secured trailer is always at risk of early departure or trailer creep, which can lead to loading dock accidents. These dangerous conditions can also result in damage to expensive equipment and valuable cargo. Effective truck restraint is key to preventing loading dock accidents and fatalities!
Dock door damage and dock drop-offs
Forklifts can damage your loading dock doors when no safety barrier protects closed doors. And forklifts can fall off loading docks when doors are open. In addition, when the doors are open there is the potential hazard of forklifts falling off the loading dock, which can result in a serious dock accident.

- The CLEAR TO GO™ Walking Zone is a magnetic based safety barrier, quickly repositioned when hit, safely delimits pedestrian zones and working stations. Its mobility gives users an additional safety feature: no risk of getting stuck between the barrier and a forklift.
- The CLEAR TO GO™ Door-Saver is a unique traffic system to control vehicle circulation indoors as well as out. It’s an excellent protection tool for industrial garage doors. The simple design works by rapidly positioning a high visibility stop signal in the driver’s field of view, giving the driver more time to react before the door closes. This sequence greatly reduces the risk of vehicles striking upward-acting doors.
